Your team won't remember the day-to-day, but they will remember moments like this.

Every quarter, we meet as a team, and I devise a plan for what we do, which I try to keep a secret. We usually try to make it one day of business and a separate day for fun; as always, this was another one we will not forget.

‍

Last month, we started with lunch down Woollomolloo, but things got interesting when we went Kayaking as a team out on Sydney Harbour. I don't know about you, but I don't know at what point in evolution men's hip flexors got so tight that they were not made for Kayaking.

‍

It was all going well; we got out of the bay and into the opening of Sydney Harbour until one of our team members' boats began to sink, an HR disaster in the works, and ensuring they survived became our mission. 

‍

They did. 

‍

Fortunately, we had time before the sinking to take a new, all-time favourite photo and hours of conversations before we rested up for our second day together to work on some new projects we are launching soon. 

‍

The next one is already on the cards to plan; we have done Bridge climbing, Circus School, Theme Parks, High Ropes, JetSkis, Kayaking, Sailing, Surfing, Go-Karts, City Scooters, and Hikes.....all combined with fantastic food.
