We worked specifically with Jack from Alcove to organise our finances and secure our home as first home buyers in early 2025. The team made things unbelievably easy. The timeline for our purchase just so happened to include a personal trip to New Zealand which made being available difficult at times but that didn't stop Jack from getting things sorted! By the time we were home settlement day had arrived and the process was smooth. Overall we couldn't recommend Jack and the Alcove team highly enough and when the time comes to upgrade our home or look into investing we won't hesitate to work with them again.

Really happy with the service I got from Alcove. They delivered what I needed, and what I really noticed was from the 3-4 people I dealt with the most they were all superb communicators. It’s clearly something they prioritise! There was a small error made during the process, which I assumed was my doing. And my contact openly conceded it was their mistake but they’d fixed it.
