First we have a short chat to better understand you and your property ambitions. Crucially, we want to understand the broader context here: where are you in life, what are the next steps and what role does this property have in that.
We brief the Strategy team of ex Financial Planners and Accountants to crunch the numbers, assess the entire lending market and create a list of options right for you.
Once a strategy is agreed, we lodge it with the bank, leveraging our Tier 1 partner status to deliver the best result. Because our lodgement is based on a personalised strategy via trusted lender relationships, our conversion rate is well above industry benchmark.
Once you have approval, you may need help on deciding what to buy. We can help partner you with recommended Buyers Agents throughout the country.
Once you have the right loan, and the offer accepted, you settle on your property. We work hard to make this process clear, easy and stress-free for you.
It doesn’t end there though - we keep in touch with all of our clients on an ongoing basis. Often to proactively get their rate down, but also to see if there are any new plans we can support with.
