Alcove Refer a Friend Programme: Terms and conditions

To refer a friend for a home loan your family member or friend must
(i) not already be an existing or previous customer of Alcove (Canopy Private Pty Ltd);
(ii) be an Australian resident; and
(iii) be over 18 years of age
You can’t refer yourself for an Alcove loan.
The Gift set out is payable for:
- Each new customer referred that completes an initial Discovery call and becomes a client who we proceed into a strategy with - Referrer gets $100 AUD
- Depends on source of Referral
And, if appropriate
- Each new customer referred that settles their first loan with Alcove - Referee gets $100
- Note some Referrers also get $500 based on Referral source
Note: applications that have multiple borrowers (including multiple loans or split accounts) are eligible for only one payment.
You will receive a notification when the Reward is paid. It will be in the form of a Gift Card from Alcove, sent to you:
(Depending on the Referee’s progress)
- within 30 days of the Discovery call being completed
- or the loan being funded.
For privacy reasons, we can’t tell you which friend's loan application was settled.
By entering your family members or friend’s personal information and contact details here, you confirm you have consent of the person named to provide their personal information to Alcove.
Personal information is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Alcove's Privacy Policy.
Alcove reserves the right to vary, supplement or discontinue this Refer a Friend promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice. If it is withdrawn, Alcove will honour all referrals entered before the promotion is withdrawn, provided that the loan is approved and funded.
The Refer a Friend promotion is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional offer, unless expressly indicated.
Alcove has the right to exclude anyone from this promotion at its absolute discretion without any obligation to provide notice or a reason. If you use the Refer a Friend promotion in a manner that’s not satisfactory to use or in line with the intent of the promotion, we may refuse to pay the Reward to you in our absolute discretion. This includes conduct, which is designed to undermine the fair and intended operation of the promotion.
