Really happy with the service I got from Alcove. They delivered what I needed, and what I really noticed was from the 3-4 people I dealt with the most they were all superb communicators. It’s clearly something they prioritise! There was a small error made during the process, which I assumed was my doing. And my contact openly conceded it was their mistake but they’d fixed it. I can’t even remember what the minor mistake was, but it gave me more trust that this team were honest. Funny how these things can become positives. I’ll definitely stay with Alcove.
